This document applies to the website https://hand-made.school (including all language versions and promotional pages). The personal data controller is Individual Entrepreneur hand.made.school (Identification Number 345758192, Georgia, Batumi, Juli Shartava Avenue 32, apartment 87, represented by Dmitrii Sosnovskii; the "Operator"). Detailed processing terms are set out in the Privacy Policy: https://hand-made.school/politic.
1.1. The data you provide when ordering (name, e-mail address, country), order and payment data (transaction ID, amount, date), contact details and content of support requests, and member-area login logs are processed to conclude and perform the agreement under the Terms of Service (https://hand-made.school/ofert): placing the order, activating access, operating the member area, sending service e-mails and one-time login codes, mentor support, responding to requests and issuing a fiscal document.
1.2. The legal basis for this processing is the agreement to which you are a party and legal requirements. The service cannot be provided without this data.
1.3. Data is shared only with the services listed in the Privacy Policy, including outside Georgia (including cross-border transfer), to the extent necessary for these purposes.
1.4. Where applicable law requires consent for such processing or for cross-border transfer (in particular, for citizens of the Russian Federation), by clicking the payment button or submitting a form on the website you give such consent in respect of the data and purposes set out in clauses 1.1–1.3. The data required to issue a cash receipt is processed by Individual Entrepreneur Dmitrii Sosnovskii (INN 500912406805, OGRNIP 324508100564570) pursuant to the legislation of the Russian Federation.
2.1. By clicking the payment button or submitting a form on the website, you agree to receive from the Operator, at the e-mail address you provided, informational and marketing messages about hand.made.school courses, new lessons, promotions and events. The text next to the payment button informs you of this before you click it.
2.2. The Operator records the date and time of the order, which is the date and time of this consent.
2.3. You can withdraw this consent at any time — via the "unsubscribe" link in any e-mail or by writing to hand.made.school.online@gmail.com. Withdrawal is free of charge and does not affect your access to the lessons or the receipt of service e-mails required to perform the agreement (including the notice of the end of your Membership term and the renewal terms).
3.1. Consent given under clause 1.4 or Section 2 is valid until the purposes of processing are achieved or until it is withdrawn. Withdrawal is sent to hand.made.school.online@gmail.com from the e-mail address used for the order and may concern marketing messages only or processing as a whole.
3.2. Upon withdrawal, the Operator ceases processing, except for data whose retention is required by law or necessary for performance of the concluded agreement, handling of complaints and protection of rights.
4.1. This document is published in English, which is the binding version. A Russian translation is available on request. In the event of discrepancies, the English version prevails to the extent permitted by applicable law.
